So obviously if you have glanced at Instagram over the past 6 months, you will know that matcha tea is seriously trending right now.  Even though the hype is strong, I’m am still well on the bandwagon.  As someone who doesn’t drink coffee, I am always looking for ways to up my tea game and having a matcha latte in the morning is not only delicious but so beneficial for my health.  This antioxidant powerhouse has over 100 times more antioxidants than regular green tea … wow.  I started buying it daily from favorite neighborhood cafe Farm Girl, when I decided that I too, can make this at home.  I did and it’s awesome. Here are five fab recipes for making an amazing matcha tea at home (I personally love it with almond milk and I use Clearspring Matcha Powder from Wholefoods).
