If you are not already familiar with mud cloth fabrics, they are a handmade heavy fabric from Africa that is dyed with fermented mud. What I love most about these fabrics are the geometric tribal inspired patterns which are amazing. There are all kinds of mud cloth inspired home decor that I am really loving at the moment and it seems to be popping up everywhere I turn. I like the monochrome styles but also the blues are pretty beautiful too. Even though I have way to many cushions as it is, I think a mud cloth inspired decor piece is about to make its way into my home. Check out some examples below of how to infuse this look into your space!
